旬のメニュー （01)悠悠の生き生きレシピ）
菜の花漬けと春の魚 鰆（さわら）←今が食べ頃です！
濱田家の今晩のメニュー
●玄米ご飯に菜の花漬け
●ほうれん草の胡麻和え
●さわらときのこたっぷりのホイル焼き、レモン添え
●大豆の入ったシチュー（和風味）
京都だけの食材なのかよく分かりませんが、この時期にしか食べられない旬のお漬物、それは”菜の花漬け”です。
菜の花がつぼみをつけ始めた頃、粗塩だけで漬けておきます。そして、ぎゅっと固く絞って八方だしで一晩漬けおきして細かく刻みます。器に入れ、花かつおをたっぷりかけて、もう一度八方だしで和えます。
「うまい！なんでこんなにうまいんやろー！！うまいな～」と言って、美味しそうに食べてくれる息子の笑顔に、家族の絆を深めるほんとに幸せなひとときです・・・。
