黒米・はとむぎ入り 玄米ご飯 （11)黒米を食べましょう）
圧力鍋を使って玄米ご飯に挑戦してみませんか？
美肌を目指す方にオススメの主食です。
＜材料＞
玄米・・2カップ
黒米・・1/2
はとむぎ・・1/2
＜作り方＞
1.水で玄米・黒米・はとむぎをよく洗い、ザルで水切りをする
2.圧力鍋に入れ、1カップ多い目の水をいれ、一つまみの塩を入れる
3.さっとかきまぜ、圧力鍋のふたをして重たい方のおもりをのせて強火で炊く
4.沸騰したらすぐ、弱火にして20分炊き、火をとめる
5.自然に圧力が抜けるまで待ち、さっとしゃもじで混ぜ合わせごま塩をたっぷりかけていただく
もちもちしたとても美味しい玄米ご飯の出来上がりです！！
