重湯（おもゆ）の作り方は簡単！弱った体に優しい食品です （02)ズームアップ！商品紹介）
今時の若い人は重湯（おもゆ）って何？という感じでしょうか？重湯とはお粥（おかゆ）の上澄みの部分です。
日本では昔から風邪を引いた時や、術後の回復食、お腹をこわした時、または赤ちゃんの離乳食にと、さまざまなシーンで活躍しています。
私たちがふだん食べている大半が白米の重湯です。作り方は、お米半カップに対して水を2Ｌ、これを1時間ほどお鍋でコトコト煮るのです。すると、お米が溶け白く濁った液体になります。それを濾したものが重湯なのです。
弊社で開発した黒米母湯（くろごめおもゆ）は、黒米、ハトムギ、玄米を煎じて作りました。栄養価のとても高い穀物を長時間煎じることにより、白米の重湯とはまったく違うスーパー重湯になったのです。
只今その素晴らしさが医師や管理栄養士を始め、様々な方に注目され多くの方にご愛用されております。
